Life Can be so Uneventful
I guess I should start off by saying, sorry for being a slacker.
To leave off on my last entry, I made it out of my house to traffic court. Court was delayed by an hour due to the weather so I had to sit & wait with all the other traffic violators for it to start. Let me tell you, after going to court I will now be watching Law & Order with a vengeance. I think that I am a pretty intelligent person, but when they starting talking about how you are going to plead, Guilty, Not Guilty, or NOLO Contendre, I thought that for sure I was going to prison. Needless to say, I talked to a prosecutor & my charges were dismissed. I only had to pay the court cost of $75, which was a lot less expensive than $305.
The kids are doing so good. Logan is back to his crazy self. Tonight I was cleaning up after dinner & I did something, can't remember what now, and said, "oh shit." Logan looked at me & said, "what's wrong Mommy?" I told him I did something, still can't remember, & he just said, "oh." I feel bad that my 3 year old knows to say what's wrong when someone says, "oh shit." I really need to watch my potty mouth now.
Ellie is really off the chains. She can now say, I love you, I do, Ellie, Thank You (when you give her something or when she burps), & Night Night. She still calls me Daddy & it pisses me off to end. I think she is doing it on purpose now just to annoy me.
Another thing I am really sucking at now is taking pictures of my beautiful children. It is going to be hot here tomorrow, 50 degrees. So I will take my maniacs outside for some picture fun & you all will reap the benefits.
