Spring Forward my A Double S

So, I was kind of concerned about the time change with Logan. The biggest problem with him was that he argued it was not time to go to bed because it was still light outside. I told him Summer is coming & that was the reason for it being light. He was fine with that answer & went to bed like normal. I was totally worried about the wrong man in my life.

My dear husband Eric is the one with the problem. I woke up on Monday & saw that my clock said 7:32, I set it fast by 32 minutes. Don't judge. I woke Eric up & said it was 7am. He told me no it is not, it's still dark outside (I think Logan told him to say that). He then grabbed his cell phone, which said 6am, & took its word over mine. Guess what? I was right. He then proceeded to run around like the proverbial chicken & left for work. He got there late.

Fast forward Tuesday morning. I got up @ 6:45, 7:17 in the land of Rachel's alarm clocks, due to having to get fruit salad & a plant for all the teachers at Logan's school. Eric wakes up & asks me, "what are you doing up so early?" I said it's not early it's almost 7. Guess what happened? The same exact freaking conversation as the day before. I am telling you right now, the words were the same, down to a tee. Late to work again.

Neither of us were happy campers then, so now I can look back & have a hearty har har. If the same thing happens tomorrow I will seriously be looking for Bill Murray, & maybe go rob a bank:)

This was funny. I also have our alarm clocks set ahead. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Cathy

Hallelujiah!

You are back-actually, your Blog is back. And you get a comment from Cathy and I never have!

My favorite part of the entire posting, the thing that made me laugh out loud, was: Don't judge.

Rachel, I've had the same week. Except the conversations have just been with myself! :) I, too, set alarm clocks fast. It usually works. Until you have to spring forward!

That is too, too funny! I think the same exact scenario happened in my household too! I tell you, Verizon didn't make me very happy on Sunday!
